Bennie Richardson was born and raised in the Southeastern area of Raleigh, NC and was educated in the Wake County Public School System. She graduated from Sanderson High School and continued her education at The Center of Biblical Leadership in High Point, NC. Bennie is currently working on her Associate Degree in Human Technologies at Wake tech.
She was awakened to Christ at the age of twelve, became a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Raleigh, and developed spiritually under the leadership of Bishop Billy J. Siler. She immediately became involved in numerous church related organizations and taught Sunday school for several years. Bennie Richardson served as the Director of Women’s Ministries; Assistant Youth Leader and worked very closely with the Children’s Church. During this time, she also became widely known and respected for her exceptionally gifted singing abilities, which she began to perfect as a toddler.
She began her secular career in clerical administration as an employee with the Department of Motor Vehicles lasting 21 years. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, she resigned from her position to become the founder, owner and operator of “Kid’s Day Out Day Inc.”, Day Care Center.
She is married to Harvey Richardson Jr., an awesome man of God. Together they minister as teachers of Life Changing School of Ministries in Raleigh North Carolina. They have two children, Cedric (Phanta) and Shinita, Two granddaughters, Taniyah and Phara.
She is an entrepreneur, seminar speaker, and renowned minister of song. “Tea and Me” and Ladies Night Out, are a part of her ministry, to empower and change women’s lives. Her quest in life is to become God’s Woman.
